Premium Food Truck – includes beef brisket and an additional side (see smoker service catering menu).
Additional sides, meats, desserts, and soft drinks can be added to either package.
Pricing will range from $1 – $4.50/person.
Pricing includes two hours of service, plates, napkins, and cutlery. Each additional hour of service is $150.
12% gratuity added for onsite food truck service.
